ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.55 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties in which both the parties have received injuries. The entire incident occurred on account of certain vacant lands which lay situated between their respective houses.
Considering the nature of allegations made and that

No.32024 of 2016 (3) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 these petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S.
