Patna High Court MJC No.1643 of 2017 (5) dt.13-09-2017 by this Court and has been rejected by the said order. This Court while disposing of the writ petition had directed the Managing Director to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the observations made in the judgment and pass appropriate orders which has since been passed and brought on record as Annexures- A series to the show cause and though is not to the liking of the petitioners but then forum for raising such grievance is available other than the contempt jurisdiction.
The contempt application is disposed of affording liberty to the petitioners, if so advised, to question the order passed by the Managing Director of the Corporation brought on record vide Annexures- A series by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
