Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for taking a final decision upon his application which was filed for grant of licence of N.P. Bore revolver for his safety of life and property.

It is contended that though the application was filed in the year 2010, however, no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, I direct the District Magistrate,
