2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons took away son of the informant from the house, committed his murder and threw his dead body near hostel of Pakhraha High School.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. At best, it is the case of last seen with the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54198 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 the bail application and submitted that it was this petitioner who along with other accused persons took away son of the informant after which, his dead body was recovered.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
