This application for anticipatory bail is in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Apart from the beginning, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is ready to deposit Rs. 5,000/- each in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24383 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 the victim compensation fund.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioners, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioners, the court below shall satisfy itself about the deposit of Rs. 5,000/- each by the petitioners in victim compensation fund. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S.
