Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2020. Commercial quantity of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10278 of 2021(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar(Town) Police Station Excise Case No.207 of 2020 (CIS 558/2020) with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
