====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85463 of 2019, in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has approached this Court through the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9576 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the court below, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 15.06.2020 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The other conditions imposed in the order dated 15.06.2020 shall subsist.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
