The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Udawantnagar (Gajraj Ganj O.P) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2019, N.D.P.S. 15 of 2019, registered under Sections 8/20, (b), (ii), (c) of NDPC Act, 1985.

In view of the materials available against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner registered under NDPS Act, 1985. Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within 4 weeks.
