The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020, dated 15.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner No. 1 is said to have caught hold of the informant, whereas the petitioner No. 2 assaulted him by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10065 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/3 means of a sickle. The informant has received two injuries. The assessment regarding one of such injuries was reserved for further medical investigation. That injury has ultimately been found to be simple in nature.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the parties have decided not to prosecute each other any further.

The occurrence took place because of some other reason. The attention of this Court has further been drawn to the fact that the petitioners do not have criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the background facts, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10065 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 3/3 under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
