In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 548 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report and the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the petitioner has established the physical relationship with the agreement from the 2013 up to the year 2017. The present petitioner entered into the marriage in the month of July, 2017 and said to the victim girl that if she will make a complaint, then it will not be good for her.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely, Sintu Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 548 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
