Patna High Court CWJC No.2005 of 2014 (3) dt.23-08-2016 Having appreciated the fact that there is no document supporting settlement of small pieces of land with the petitioners by the State respondents. Mr. Mishra, counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, states that the application be disposed of permitting the petitioners to ventilate their grievance before the respondent- District Magistrate in the light of various orders passed by the authority as well as this Court.

The writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioners to agitate their grievance before the respondent-District Magistrate for consideration and disposal in accordance with law. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Shyam/- U
