For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Abhinav Srivastava For the Respondent/s : Mr. Madhaw Prasad Yadav-Gp23 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 The relief which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ application has admittedly been granted by the University itself over which there is no dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner, has, however, submitted that the number of sanctioned seats had been subsequently revised by the University on 24.06.2013 based on which the College should be allowed to admit more students than 736.

It would be open to the petitioner to approach the Registrar of the University in this regard and satisfy him that in

view of revision of number of seats, the College can take admission of more students than 736.

This court expects that the University shall take decision before commencement of the next examination. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
