NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17573 of 2016 in connection with Siswan P.S.Case No. 85 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in the event of her surrender/arrest within a period of eight weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender due to her illness and could not furnish bail bond within the time granted under the said order and as such prays for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds. Under such circumstances, the time granted under order 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17573/2016 for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34149 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond is extended by further eight weeks from today and the said order is modified to the extent indicated above. This modification application is accordingly, allowed. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Sudha/- U T
