Now, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit whereby and whereunder they have brought on record an order dated 01.11.2013 passed by the Registrar General, Registration, Bihar, Patna.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the said order dated 01.11.2013. The petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy available to him under the law.
