JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 15-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is contended that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has come during investigation. It is urged that the main accused Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Mukhiya and other similarly situated persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31838 of 2015 and 18.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10878 of 2016 respectively. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Binay Yadav be released on bail

Case No.211/2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
