The petitioners being parents and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after 9 years of marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and the accusation is omnibus and general. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody.

No.35166 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No.34/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
