The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. Further submission is that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the village Ugarbigha near the pipal tree, as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner has no concern neither with the place of occurrence nor with the alleged recovery. He is a man of clean antecedent.

No.63779 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
