C/67/19 as contained in annexure 9 passed by respondent no 3 by which the claim of the petitioner was rejected and was denied payment of bill dated 06/04/2015 as contained in annexure 3 which was for supply of computer assistant, peon, gunman, providing the college of respondent authorities for the period April 2014-15.

That the petitioner further prays for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to make the payment of bill dated 06/042015 as contained annexure 3 series which

That the petitioner further prays for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in his favor in the fact and circumstances of this case." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same and subsequent cause of action; raising additional grounds and placing on record additional material. Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be processed and listed on priority basis.

The instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
