It is the stand of the opposite parties that there is no break in chronological order for grant of pension and the names of the persons who have been given by learned counsel for the petitioners that they have been given out of turn pension because they have participated in the Pension Adalat held on 18.02.2013.

However, the petitioners may approach the authorities if there is any special circumstances for grant of pension out of turn.
