JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By way of present modification application, petitioners seek to modify the order 13.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16768 of 2017, vide which other petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to communication gap, petitioners could not surrender before the court below and could not furnish the bail bonds within the prescribed time and prayed that further time of two weeks may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

In view of the averments made in the modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25111 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 application and also in view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, two week's further time is allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the court below.
