The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 448, 354(B)/290/384/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner was found in drunken state. It is also alleged that he used to demand money from the informant for wine and on noncompliance, used to outrage her modesty. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-06-2019. The petitioner was found in drunken state. No liquor was recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
