Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though occurrence appears to have taken place in the night of 28.1.2016, informant gave written report on 30.1.2016 and on the same day statement of the victim was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. The victim stated that she was forcibly taken away by the petitioner but after that she was brought by the petitioner at Balua Bazar but she any how reached her home. The victim has stated nothing against the petitioner except the above stated fact. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
