Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 638 of 2018 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named in the FIR. On the confessional statement of the co-accused the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.
The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49203 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 638 of 2018.
