The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 73/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

The marriage was solemnized in the year 2020 and for the demand of dowry, the deceased was tortured and killed. The main allegation of demand of dowry and torture is against the petitioner.

Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit
