JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on 28.11.2013 in Cr. Misc. No.31547 of 2013 in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 1 of 2011. The petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail-bond for such a long period of about three years. There is no proper justification for extension of the period for furnishing bail-bond as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, by way of last indulgence four weeks' time is allowed with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund of the concerned district and shall submit a receipt thereof at the time of furnishing of the bail bond.
