2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 47(A) and 53(A) of the Excise Act, registered in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he was not present at the place of occurrence and the seizure list has not been handed over to him. The recovery of the said 15 litres country made mahua liquor has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
