The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S. Case No.215 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 376, 120, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Prevention of Child Sexual Offence Act (POCSO Act).

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in taking away the victim girl and Md. Nazim had sex with her. The petitioner also wants to have sex with her. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
