In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but despite the best efforts of the Mediator and the counsels present, nothing good came out of it.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 25.3.3014 in connection with Alamganj P.S.
