However, Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to a representation filed by the petitioner at Annexure 4 to the writ petition addressed to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna and prays for its expeditious disposal.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar Patna to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation present at Annexure-4 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
