Petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No.238 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2019.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49358 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.238 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
