The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and due to family dispute, the present false case has been lodged. It is further submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal history. A supplementary affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the petitioners stating that the parties have resolved the dispute and filed a compromise petition on 8.9.2015 in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, a photo copy of certified copy of which has been annexed to the supplementary affidavit and subsequently the certified copy has also been

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioners (1) Sunil Bind and (2) Daroga Bind, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.149 of 2015 subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
