The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 145 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, Informant has started production of hen feed and the petitioner had been appointed by the informant to look after the affairs of company. After several complaints against the accused persons including the petitioner, the informant inquired about them and got they committed forgery due to which informant sustained a huge loss. It is further alleged that the accused persons abused and threatened him.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has no role in making false and fabricated billing and neither he was an Accountant nor cashier, so there is no relation of finance, Accounts, & Billing. He has falsely been implicated in the case. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 145 of 2020, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
