Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 337, 338, 353 and 504 of the IPC.

Prosecution case is that 15 named accused persons including these petitioners and other unknown persons tried to get rescued an accused from the custody of police and blocked national highway.

General and omnibus accusation has been made against these petitioners. No specific overt-act is alleged against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53502 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 them. Similarly situated 4 co-accused persons have already been granted bail vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 814 of 2022 and 16.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11580 of 2022 by this court (Annexure 2). Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
