2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15706 of 2016, in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was suffering from Hepatitis and hence could not comply with the condition mentioned at para-5(i), nor surrender and furnish bail bond, within the stipulated period in terms of order dated 15.02.2017.

4. For the reasons stated, the time for compliance of the condition mentioned at para-5(i) and for surrender granted in terms of order dated 15.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 15706 of 2016 is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25223 of 2017 dt.12-07-2017 2/2 extended by a period of six weeks from today.
