The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he cheated to the informant by alluring her to get a job of teacher. When the informant did not get salary for few months after joining she inquired and got information that the petitioner had cheated her. Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, however, he is in custody since 16.01.2020.

Since the informant was herself indulged in getting backdoor entry on public post and considering the period already

No.11946 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2021 2/2 undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
