This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15743 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the maintenance amount as fixed by the Family Court is not being by the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction from the petitioner that the parties are trying to settle the dispute which has been denied by the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02.
