Petitioner is accused in connection with Chackmehsi P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 307, 394/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected twice by this Court on merit vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 25950 of 2019 and 86600 of 2019 on 14.08.2019 and 17.06.2020 respectively. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the fresh ground of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018. The charge has already been framed. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submission advanced on behalf of the learned counsel, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-V, Samastipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 415 of 2019 arising out of Chackmehsi P.S.
