The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.282 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the informant both are in business of jewellery and in business dispute, an F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner that he has taken away certain gold from the informant. He further submits that as per F.I.R. itself, the alleged occurrence had taken place on 28.04.2016, whereas F.I.R. in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34437 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 present case was lodged on 03.07.2016.
In view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar Verma @ Vikash Kr. Verma, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar ( T) P.S. Case No.282/2016, subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
