The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Looted mobile phone of the informant has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and clean antecedent of petitioner, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named
