2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barahampur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that total 422.46 litres of liquor was recovered, out of which 327.42 litres liquor was recovered from car and 95.04 litres was recovered from

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioners are neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question. The petitioners have got no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor. Learned counsel further submitted that, prima-facie, no case is made out against the petitioners. The petitioners have one criminal antecedent each. There is no compliance of Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Barahampur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, subject to the conditions
