The petitioners have filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 10.03.2017, as contained in memo No. 376, issued under the signature of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Darbhanga by which the petitioners have been put under suspension in contemplation of a departmental enquiry. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the departmental enquiry is likely to conclude and he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the enquiry officer to conclude the enquiry within four months.
