The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7332 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 200 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur. The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 09.02.2018 and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typing mistake in the main bail application, the father's name of the petitioner has been typed as 'Arun Pd. Gupta' in place of 'Late Dhani Lal Sah'. He further submits that the petitioner could not surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15129 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 below in time and furnish bail bond.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let at the top of the order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7332 of 2018, father's name of the petitioner should be read as 'Late Dhani Lal Sah' in place of 'Arun Pd. Gupta'. Six weeks' further time is also granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7332 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
