2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115, 117, 109, 352, 351(2), 125(b) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Jasim attacked upon the head of informant, due to which, informant sustained injury on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of co-accused Jasim and due to which, he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Jasim assaulted on the head of informant, but doctor has found only one injury, which itself falsifies entire prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai (L.Sarai) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
