The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 376/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 02.07.2015 Afroz kidnapped his minor daughter aged about 15 years. He further alleged that the petitioner and others helped Afroz in taking away his daughter.

It appears that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence only suspicion is raised against the petitioner. Of course, the victim is still traceless, but petitioner is a lady.
