The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioners are sons of the cousin uncle of the husband of the deceased. There is no allegation that they used to reside together. Be that as it may, the petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
