The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No.16/2017 registered under Sections 144, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 16.01.2017 Amrendra Kumar @ Amar, ex-Mukhiya and husband of present Mukhiya was shot dead by criminals. On 17.01.2017, the postmortem was conducted on the dead body but thereafter the petitioner along with other accused persons assembled and raised slogans against the police officials. Case No.16/2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
