JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23156 of 2014 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and deposit of Rs.8 lakhs in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013 registered under Sections 406, 407, 409 and 420 of the IPC. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner failed to deposit the amount within the stipulated time but now she is ready to deposit the aforesaid amount. It is submitted by Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation Ltd. that the corporation has no objection in extending the period of deposit of the aforesaid money.

In the circumstance, the period of deposit of aforesaid amount and surrender is extended by further period of three weeks from the date of production/supply of the copy of the order in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55460 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif. The order dated 16.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23156 of 2014 is modified to the extent as indicated above. It is made clear that no further modification application will be entertained.
