Petitioners are accused in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Daughter of the informant died within one and half year of her marriage with Abdul Kalam. The husband is already in custody. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture, as a result of which, the victim died.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are distant relatives and mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioners is similar to those accused, who have already been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S.
