JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363/370 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that save and except suspicion that petitioners have kidnapped the daughter of informant for flesh trade, there is nothing against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

No.14227 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks and on surrender the court below shall release the petitioner on provisional bail till submission of charge-sheet, on the condition that the petitioners shall surrender after submission of charge-sheet and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on the basis of materials available at that time.
