2. The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of his G.P.F. amount which according to him was not paid for the period 01.03.1980 to 31.12.1988.

3. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 7, a categorical statement has been made that the dues for the said period, along with compound interest, has been paid coming to Rs. 9,153/- through draft dated 31.01.2016. Copy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14553 of 2015 dt.23-05-2017 2/2 the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner in March, 2016.

4. In view of there being neither any rejoinder to such counter affidavit nor denial of such fact, the Court can only presume that the admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid.
